اشتغال‌پذیری دانش‌آموزان متوسطه دوم در پرتو سه بُعد مهارتی و چهار عامل زمینه‌ای: یک مرور نظام‌مند

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، مرور نظام‌مند شواهد مربوط به اشتغال‌پذیری دانش‌آموزان متوسطه دوم و تبیین آن در قالب سه بُعد مهارتی و چهار عامل زمینه‌ای بود. پژوهش حاضر با روش مرور نظام‌مند انجام شد. جست‌وجوی منابع در پایگاه‌های Web of Science، Scopus، ERIC، PsycINFO، ProQuest، Google Scholar، SID، Magiran و Noormags با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط با اشتغال‌پذیری، آمادگی شغلی، مهارت‌های اشتغال‌پذیری، گذار از مدرسه به کار، مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای و دانش‌آموزان متوسطه دوم انجام گرفت. در مرحله اولیه، 1,286 رکورد شناسایی شد که پس از حذف 312 رکورد تکراری، 974 عنوان و چکیده غربالگری شدند. پس از ارزیابی متن کامل 158 مطالعه، 47 مطالعه واجد معیارهای ورود در سنتز نهایی قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از فرم ساختاریافته استخراج و از طریق تحلیل محتوای جهت‌دار و سنتز روایتی بررسی شدند. یافته‌ها در سه بُعد مهارت‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای، شناختی و یادگیری، و اجتماعی ـ هیجانی و انتقال‌پذیر و چهار عامل فردی، خانوادگی، مدرسه‌ای ـ آموزشی و اجتماعی ـ اقتصادی/بازار کار طبقه‌بندی شدند. مهارت‌های اجتماعی ـ هیجانی و انتقال‌پذیر در 38 مطالعه معادل 80.9 درصد، مهارت‌های شناختی و یادگیری در 34 مطالعه معادل 72.3 درصد و مهارت‌های فنی و حرفه‌ای در 27 مطالعه معادل 57.4 درصد گزارش شدند. در میان عوامل زمینه‌ای، عوامل مدرسه‌ای ـ آموزشی با 35 مطالعه معادل 74.5 درصد بیشترین فراوانی را داشتند و پس از آن عوامل فردی با 66.0 درصد، عوامل خانوادگی با 46.8 درصد و عوامل اجتماعی ـ اقتصادی/بازار کار با 42.6 درصد قرار گرفتند. قوی‌ترین الگوی همگرایی بین مطالعات مربوط به تعامل مهارت‌های اجتماعی ـ هیجانی و انتقال‌پذیر با عوامل مدرسه‌ای ـ آموزشی بود که در 26 مطالعه معادل 55.3 درصد مشاهده شد. همچنین، تجربه کارآموزی، مشاوره شغلی، خودکارآمدی، مهارت‌های ارتباطی، کار تیمی، حل مسئله و سواد دیجیتال از پرتکرارترین مؤلفه‌های مرتبط با اشتغال‌پذیری بودند. اشتغال‌پذیری دانش‌آموزان متوسطه دوم سازه‌ای چندبعدی و زمینه‌مند است که از تعامل مهارت‌های فنی، شناختی و اجتماعی ـ هیجانی با عوامل فردی، خانوادگی، مدرسه‌ای و شرایط بازار کار شکل می‌گیرد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که توسعه پایدار اشتغال‌پذیری مستلزم رویکردی تلفیقی است که آموزش مهارتی، یادگیری خودتنظیم، مهارت‌های انتقال‌پذیر، مشاوره شغلی و ارتباط مدرسه با محیط واقعی کار را به‌صورت هم‌زمان تقویت کند.
