شناسایی مزیت‌های اقتصادی و غیراقتصادی دوره‌های آموزش تحصیلات تکمیلی از دیدگاه خبرگان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تبیین مزیت‌های اقتصادی و غیراقتصادی تحصیلات تکمیلی و پیامدهای آن برای ابعاد فردی، اجتماعی و شاخص‌های توسعه از دیدگاه خبرگان آموزش عالی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف توسعه‌ای و از نظر رویکرد، کیفی بود و با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. میدان پژوهش شامل اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌های دولتی، آزاد اسلامی و پیام نور استان کردستان بود که از میان آنان 28 خبره دارای 9 تا 35 سال سابقه فعالیت در آموزش عالی به‌صورت هدفمند و تا دستیابی به اشباع داده‌ها انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری و بر اساس چارچوب شش‌مرحله‌ای براون و کلارک تحلیل شدند. پرسش‌های مصاحبه بر نگرش نسبت به ادامه تحصیل، منافع فردی و عمومی تحصیلات تکمیلی و تأثیر آن بر شاخص‌های بهداشتی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی ـ سیاسی متمرکز بود. تحلیل مضمون نشان داد که تحصیلات تکمیلی از طریق توسعه فلسفه و بینش فردی، تخصصی‌شدن دانش، ایجاد منافع پژوهشی و شغلی و توجه بیشتر به نیازهای اجتماعی، می‌تواند به‌مثابه یک نیاز فردی و اجتماعی عمل کند. در سطح فردی، تحصیلات تکمیلی با توسعه خودکارآمدی و خودآگاهی، بهبود کیفیت زندگی خانوادگی، ارتقای چشم‌انداز شغلی و مالی و گسترش دانش شخصی همراه بود. در سطح عمومی، توسعه آگاهی و دانش، ارتقای جهان‌بینی، بهبود نگرش اجتماعی و فرهنگی، افزایش مشارکت مدنی، سرمایه اجتماعی و رشد اقتصادی جامعه شناسایی شد. همچنین، تحصیلات تکمیلی با ارتقای آگاهی و رفتارهای مرتبط با سلامت، بهبود برخی ابعاد کیفیت و استاندارد زندگی، افزایش مشارکت اقتصادی، تقویت اعتماد و مشارکت اجتماعی و توسعه نگرش‌های دموکراتیک، برابری‌خواهانه و فرامادی مرتبط بود. بااین‌حال، این آثار در حوزه اقتصادی و اجتماعی به شرایط ساختاری، بازار کار و فرصت‌های شغلی وابسته بودند. تحصیلات تکمیلی دارای مجموعه‌ای چندبعدی از منافع اقتصادی و غیراقتصادی است که فراتر از افزایش درآمد و اشتغال، ابعاد علمی، روان‌شناختی، اجتماعی، بهداشتی و فرهنگی ـ سیاسی را دربرمی‌گیرد؛ بااین‌حال، تحقق کامل این منافع مستلزم تناسب آموزش با نیازهای بازار کار، تقویت زیرساخت‌های حمایتی و استفاده مؤثر از ظرفیت علمی دانش‌آموختگان است.
