ارائه مدل ساختاری روابط سطح شناخت حقوقی با تصمیم‌گیری اثربخش و مدیریت خطر

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه و آزمون مدل ساختاری روابط میان شناخت حقوقی، تصمیم‌گیری اثربخش و مدیریت خطر در معلمان تربیت‌بدنی مدارس بغداد با تأکید بر نقش میانجی تصمیم‌گیری اثربخش بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش‌شناختی، کمی و همبستگی مبتنی بر مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل معلمان تربیت‌بدنی مدارس بغداد بود که از میان آنان ۳۶۰ نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل پرسش‌نامه ۲۱ گویه‌ای متشکل از سه سازه شناخت حقوقی، تصمیم‌گیری اثربخش و مدیریت خطر بود. پایایی ابزار با آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی، روایی همگرا با میانگین واریانس استخراج‌شده و روایی افتراقی با معیار فورنل ـ لارکر بررسی شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد مدل از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود؛ به‌گونه‌ای که χ²/df برابر با 1.512، CFI برابر با 0.980، TLI برابر با 0.978، RMSEA برابر با 0.038 و SRMR برابر با 0.033 به دست آمد. شناخت حقوقی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر تصمیم‌گیری اثربخش داشت (β = 0.672، p < 0.001). همچنین، اثر مستقیم شناخت حقوقی بر مدیریت خطر معنادار بود (β = 0.359، p < 0.001) و تصمیم‌گیری اثربخش نیز مدیریت خطر را به‌طور مثبت پیش‌بینی کرد (β = 0.461، p < 0.001). اثر غیرمستقیم شناخت حقوقی بر مدیریت خطر از طریق تصمیم‌گیری اثربخش برابر با 0.310 و معنادار بود (p < 0.001). اثر کل شناخت حقوقی بر مدیریت خطر 0.670 بود. شناخت حقوقی 45.2 درصد از واریانس تصمیم‌گیری اثربخش و شناخت حقوقی همراه با تصمیم‌گیری اثربخش 56.4 درصد از واریانس مدیریت خطر را تبیین کردند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که شناخت حقوقی یکی از پیش‌بین‌های مهم تصمیم‌گیری اثربخش و مدیریت خطر در معلمان تربیت‌بدنی است و تصمیم‌گیری اثربخش نیز نقش میانجی معناداری در انتقال اثر شناخت حقوقی به مدیریت خطر دارد؛ بنابراین، تقویت آموزش‌های حقوقی و مهارت‌های تصمیم‌گیری می‌تواند به ارتقای ایمنی، مسئولیت‌پذیری حرفه‌ای و کاهش خطرات در محیط تربیت‌بدنی مدارس کمک کند.
