This applied, descriptive-correlational, cross-sectional study was conducted among adult permanent residents of urban and rural areas of Qeshm Island. A total of 384 participants were selected using stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-developed questionnaire designed to assess weakness in social and cultural infrastructures and perceived social and cultural gaps. The items were scored on a five-point Likert scale. Content validity was evaluated by experts, construct validity was examined through confirmatory factor analysis, and the overall reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.89. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 and AMOS version 24 through Pearson correlation analysis, linear regression, and structural equation modeling. Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive and statistically significant relationship between weak social and cultural infrastructures and wider social and cultural gaps (r=0.58, p&lt;0.001). Linear regression indicated that infrastructural weakness significantly predicted social and cultural gaps (β=0.55, t=11.42, p&lt;0.001) and explained 31% of their variance (R²=0.31). Structural equation modeling further confirmed this relationship, with a significant standardized path coefficient of 0.32 (t=6.45, p&lt;0.001). The model demonstrated satisfactory fit, with χ²/df=2.14, CFI=0.94, GFI=0.92, and RMSEA=0.048. The findings indicate that weak and unevenly distributed social and cultural infrastructures are significantly associated with wider social and cultural gaps across Qeshm Island. More equitable provision of educational and healthcare services, cultural facilities, and opportunities for social and cultural participation may therefore contribute to reducing regional disparities and strengthening social and cultural cohesion.</p> <p>هدف این پژوهش تعیین رابطه بین ضعف زیرساخت‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی و افزایش شکاف‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی در مناطق مختلف جزیره قشم بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی ـ همبستگی و مقطعی بود. جامعه آماری شامل افراد بالغ و ساکنان دائمی مناطق شهری و روستایی جزیره قشم بود که از میان آنان 384 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته سنجش ضعف زیرساخت‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی و شکاف‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی گردآوری شد. گویه‌ها بر اساس مقیاس پنج‌درجه‌ای لیکرت نمره‌گذاری شدند. روایی محتوایی ابزار با نظر متخصصان و روایی سازه با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بررسی شد و پایایی کل پرسشنامه با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.89 تأیید گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخه 26 و AMOS نسخه 24 و با بهره‌گیری از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون خطی و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نتایج همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد بین ضعف زیرساخت‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی و افزایش شکاف‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (r=0.58, p&lt;0.001). تحلیل رگرسیون نیز نشان داد ضعف زیرساخت‌ها پیش‌بینی‌کننده معنادار شکاف‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی است (β=0.55, t=11.42, p&lt;0.001) و 31 درصد از واریانس شکاف‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی را تبیین می‌کند (R²=0.31). در مدل معادلات ساختاری، ضریب مسیر استانداردشده ضعف زیرساخت‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی به شکاف‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی برابر با 0.32 و معنادار بود (t=6.45, p&lt;0.001). شاخص‌های برازش مدل شامل χ²/df=2.14، CFI=0.94، GFI=0.92 و RMSEA=0.048 نیز نشان‌دهنده برازش مطلوب مدل بودند. یافته‌ها نشان داد ضعف و توزیع نامتوازن زیرساخت‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی با افزایش شکاف‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی در مناطق مختلف جزیره قشم ارتباط معناداری دارد؛ بنابراین، توزیع متوازن‌تر خدمات آموزشی، درمانی، امکانات فرهنگی و فرصت‌های مشارکت اجتماعی و فرهنگی می‌تواند در کاهش شکاف‌های منطقه‌ای و تقویت انسجام اجتماعی و فرهنگی نقش مؤثری داشته باشد.</p> https://www.jmedda.com/jmedda/article/download/483/378
