Journal Article 2025 02 19 <p>The aim of this study is to identify the opportunities and challenges of information technology and artificial intelligence in universities within the modern world. The method of this research is qualitative and employs meta-synthesis. The data collection tool comprises documents and previous research and library resources in this field. The data analysis method is open coding. According to the research findings, out of 300 related articles, 45 primary or criterion-based studies were analyzed. The extracted propositions include 31 subcategories and 10 main categories for challenges, and 33 main categories and 11 subcategories for opportunities. Based on the results of the present study, 63 opportunities and challenges regarding the application of artificial intelligence in contemporary universities were identified. This review highlighted numerous opportunities, such as advanced research capabilities and automation, among other aspects. Artificial intelligence tools are found to optimize and streamline tasks across various university departments. The challenges include ethical concerns, issues of integration, and problems related to data structuring. Despite the concerns raised in the literature, the advantages of artificial intelligence cannot be overstated. AI serves as a powerful tool for research, administrative task automation, personalized learning, and accessibility to educational content for both faculty and students. Universities must emphasize the use of such tools within regulatory frameworks to ensure the maintenance of required ethical standards. Furthermore, while significant progress has been made in employing artificial intelligence and information technology to enhance educational tasks—such as student duties in universities, summarizing existing research, and record management—careful governance remains essential.</p> <p>هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی فرصت‌های  و چالش‌های فناوری اطلاعات و هوش مصنوعی در دانشگاه‌ها در جهان مدرن، شناسایی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌ها بود. روش این پژوهش کیفی، فراترکیب است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، اسناد و مدارك پژوهشی و کتابخانه‌ای گذشته در این حوزه است. شیوۀ تحلیل داده‌ها، کدگذاری باز است.<strong> </strong>مطابق با یافته‌های پژوهش از میان 300 مقاله مرتبط، تعداد 45 تحقیق اصلی یا معیار شناسایی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. گزاره‌های مستخرج دربرگیرندۀ 31  مقولۀ فرعی و 10 مقولۀ اصلی است برای چالش‌ها و 33 مقوله اصلی و 11 مقوله فرعی برای فرصت‌ها بود.<strong> </strong>با توجه  به نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر 63 فرصت و چالش در خصوص بکارگیری هوش مصنوعی در جهان امروز در دانشگاه‌ها در دنیای مدرن شناسایی شد. این بررسی فرصت‌های زیادی از جمله قابلیت‌های تحقیقاتی پیشرفته، اتوماسیون را  در میان سایر موارد را آشکار کرد. ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی برای اصلاح و ساده‌سازی وظایف در واحدهای مختلف در دانشگاه‌ها یافت می‌شوند. چالش‌ها شامل نگرانی‌های اخلاقی، مسائل مربوط به یکپارچگی و مسائل مربوط به ساخت داده‌ها است. علیرغم نگرانی‌های مطرح شده در ادبیات، نمی‌توان بر مزایای هوش مصنوعی تاکید نکرد، هوش مصنوعی ابزاری قدرتمند برای تحقیق، اتوماسیون وظایف اداری، یادگیری شخصی، فراگیری و دسترسی به محتوای آموزشی برای اساتید و دانشجویان میباشد، در دانشگاه‌ها  باید در چارچوب‌های نظارتی تاکید شود که چگونه می‌توان از چنین ابزارهایی با حفظ سطح استانداردهای اخلاقی مورد نیاز استفاده کرد، علاوه بر این، در حالی که پیشرفت قابل توجهی در استفاده از هوش مصنوعی و فناوری اطلاعات برای ارتقای وظایف آموزشی مانند وظایف دانشجویان در دانشگاه‌ها، از جمله خلاصه کردن تحقیقات موجود و مدیریت سوابق وجود دارد.</p> https://www.jmedda.com/jmedda/article/download/165/158
